ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT FOR THE FISCAL
PERIOD CM4ENNCING OCTOBER 1, 1976, AND
ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1977, BY APPROPRIATING
$30,100.00 FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A 24 INCH
WATER LINE ON THE NECHES RIVER BRIDGE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the budget of the City of Beaumont for the fiscal period commencing
October 1, 1976, and ending September 30, 1977, be and the same is hereby,
amended by appropriating the total amount of Thirty Thousand One Hundred
and No/100 ($30,100.00) Dollars frau unappropriated water works construction
funds, said funds to be used for the installation of a 24 inch water line
for the expansion of Interstate Highway 10 Bridge over the Neches River.
