ENTITT AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMUNT FOR THE FISCAL
PERIOD COMMENCING OCTOBER 1, 1976, AND
ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1977, BY APPROPRIATING
$55,000.00 FOR THE INSTALIATION OF A 24 INCH
WATER I= ON THE NECHES RIVER BRIDGE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the budget of the City of Beaumont for the fiscal period commencing
October 1, 1976, and ending September 30, 1977, be and the same is hereby,
amended by appropriating the Notal amount of Fifty -Five 'Thousand and No/100
($55,000.00) Dollars from unappropriated water works construction funds,
said funds to be used for the installation of a 24 inch water line for the
expansion of Interstate Highway 10 Bridge over the Neches River.
