ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT FOR THE FISCAL
PERIOD COMMENCING OCTOBER 1, 1976, AND
ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1977, BY APPROPRIATING
$220,000 FOR THE RELOCATION OF A 30 INCH
WATER LINE THROUGH THE PINE STREET -INTER-
STATE HIGHWAY 10 INTERCHANGE. w
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEALAKONT:
THAT the budget of the City of Beaumont for the fiscal period commencing
October 1, 1976, and ending September 30, 1977, be and the same is hereby,
.amended by . appropriating the total amount of Two Hundred Twenty 'Thousand
and No/100 ($220,000.00) Dollars, Five Thousand and No/100 ($5,000.00)
Dollars will be appropriated from unallocated water construction funds
and Two Hundred Fifteen Thousand and No/100 ($215,000.00) Dollars to be
appropriated from a grant from the State of Texas, said funds to be used
for the relocation of a 30 inch water line in the Pine Street -Interstate
10 Interchange.
