ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT FOR THE FISCAL
PERIOD COMMENCING OCTOBER 11 1976, AND
ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1977, BY APPROPRIATING
$1,315,000 FROM VARIOUS SOURCES FOR IM-
PROVEMENTS AT FAIR PARK.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the budget of the City of Beaumont for the fiscal period commencing
October 1, 1976, and ending Septanber 30, 1977, be, and the same is
hereby, amended by appropriating $1,315,000 into Fair Park Improvement
Construction Fund No. 073-74-621. The Notal amount will be appropriated
from the following sources and in the following amounts:
Sale of Certificates of Obligation $ 245,000
Sale of General Obligation Bonds
for Fair Park Improvements $ 1,000,000
Accrued Interest Earned on
Construction Funds $ 70,000
