ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT FOR THE FISCAL
PERIOD COMENCING OCTOBER 11 1976, AND
ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1977, BY TRANSFERRING
$125,000 FROM THE C,FgERAL FUND BALANCE TO
THE PARK CONSTRUCTION FUND FOR THE FAIR
PARK ARENA PROJECT.
BE.IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the budget of the City of Beaumont for the fiscal period commencing
October 1, 1976, and ending September 30, 1977, be, and .the same is
hereby amended by transferring $125,000 from the General Fund Balance to
the Park Construction Fund No. 073-74-621 for the Fair Park Arena Project.
