ENTITLED AN ORDIIWCE VACATING AND ABANDONING A
FORTY FOOL' (401) WIDE RIGHT -0F FAY AS SHOW ON
THE PLAT OF BICC K. T. H. LANGHAM ESTATE SUBDI-
VISION-IN
UBDI-VISION IN THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY,
TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED BE -REIN:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT that certain forty foot (401)' wide right-of-way described as
BEING a portion of the 40 foot wide road dedication
as shown on the plat of Block K, T. H. Langham Es-
tate Subdivision as recorded in Volume 4, Page 89,
Map Records, Jefferson County, Texas, the portion
to be abandoned described by metes and bounds as
follows:
BEGINNING at the northeast corner of Lot 5 and the
southeast corner of Lot 6 of Block K of the T. H.
Langham Estate Subdivision, said beginning point
being in the west right of way line of a 40 foot
wide road dedication;
THENCE north along the east line of said Lot 6 and
the west line of the said 40 foot wide road dedication
a distance of 248.00 feet to a point for corner at the
southerly northeast corner of said Lot 6;
THENCE west along the south line of the said 40 foot
wide road dedication and the north line of Lot 6 a
distance of 150.4 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE north across the said 40. foot wide road dedica-
tion a distance of 40.00.feet to a point for corner
in the south line of the westerly portion of Lot 2
and the north line of said 40foot wide road dedication;
THENCE east along the said south line of Lot,2 and along
the north line of the said 40 foot wide road dedication
a distance of 190®4 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE south along the west line of the southerly por-
tion of said Lot 2 and the east line of the said 40
foot wide road dedication a distance of 492.25 feet to
a point for corner;
THENCE west across the said 40 -foot wide road dedication
a distance of 40.00 feet to a point for corner in the
east line of the aforementioned Lot 5 and the west line
of the 40L foot wide road dedication;
THENCE north along the east line of Lot 5 and the west
line of the said 40 foot wide road dedication a distance
of 204.25 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNINq
be, and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title to such pro-
perty shall revert to and become the property of the persons entitled thereto,

as provided by law; and The City of Beaumont hereby relinquishes any and
all rights, title and interest it had or may have in and to such easement.
