ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT FOR THE FISCAL
PERIOD COMMENCING OCTOBER 1, 1975, AND
ENDING SEPTEMBER 30,.1976, BY TRANSFERRING
$1,800.00 FROM THE GENERAL FUND CONTINGENCY
ACCOUNT TO THE F1 T FUND ACCOUNT 98-407
FOR THE EMERGENCY REN'T'AL OF ONE BULL DOZER
FOR THE LANDFILL.
WHEREAS, it is necessary in the interest of the safety of the citizens
of the City of Beaumont to rent one bull dozer for use on the landfill;
and,
WHEREAS, expenditure is an unforeseen item of expenditure and is an
established emergency of the City of Beaumont.
CITY OF BEALZ7M:
THAT the budget of the City of Beaumont for the fiscal year commencing
October 1, 1975, and ending September 30, 1976, be, and the same is hereby
amended by transferring $1,800.00 from General Fund Contingency Account to
Fleet Fund Account No..98-407 for the rental of one bull dozer for the
landfill.
THAT the appropriate City official be, and he is hereby, authorized to rent
as an emergency item one (1) bull dozer to keep the landfill -operating in
the estimated amount of $1,500. --- $2,000.00.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1976.
