ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABAN-
DONING A TWENTY FOOT (20-1) BY THREE HUN-
DRED FOOT (30-0') ALLEY EASEMENT IN THE
MCFADDIN FIRST ADDITION IN THE CITY OF
BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AS DE-
SCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT that certain twenty foot (2a') by three hundred foot (3a0l)
alley easement described as follows:
BEING a twenty foot (20-') by three hun-
dred foot (30-0-') alley running in an
east/west direction and being located in
Block 2 of the McFaddin First Addition
of The City of Beaumont, Jefferson County,
Texas, as per map or plat of said addition
on file in the records of the County Clerk
of Jefferson County, Texas, said Block 2
being further bounded by Ashley, Gulf,
Long and Jirou Streets;
be, and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title
to such property shall revert to and become the property of the
persons entitled thereto, as provided by law; and The City of Beau-
mont hereby relinquishes any and all rights, title and interest it
had or may have in and to such easement.
