OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
COMMENCING OCTOBER 1, 1975, .AND ENDING
SEPTEMBER 30,;1976, BY TRANSFERRING $3,000.00
FROM GENERAL FUND CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO
FLEET FUND ACCOUNT 98-407 FOR THE EMERGENCY
RENTAL OF TWO BULL DOZERS FOR THE SANITARY
LANDFILL.
WHEREAS, it is necessary, in the interest of the safety of the
citizens of the City of Beaumont to rent two bull dozers for use on the
sanitary landfill; and,
WE EREAS, expenditure is an unforeseen item of expenditure and
is an established emergency of the City of Beaumont.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:

THAT the budget of the City of Beaumont for the fiscal year commencing
October 1, 1975, and ending September 30, 1976, be, and the same is
hereby, amended by transferring $3,000.00 from General Fund Contingency
Account to Fleet Fund Account No. 98-407 for the rental of two bull
dozers for the sanitary landfill.
