ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND_ABAND.ON-
ING A PORTION OF BAKER ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY
LOCATED GENERALLY FROM THE L.N.V.A. CANAL
ALONG LOT 9, UNIT 5, SOUTH AMELIA ADDITION
AND LOT 1, BLOCK 8, WESCALDER FIG ACRES ADDI-
TION IN THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUN-
TY, TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT that certain portion of Baker Road right-of-way located gen-
erally -from the L.N.V.A. Canal along Lot 9, Unit 5,_ South Amelia
Addition and Lot 1, Block 8, Wescalder Fig Acres Addition, be, and
the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title to such
property shall revert to and become the property of the persons
entitled thereto, as provided by law; and The City of Beaumont
hereby relinquishes any and all rights,.title and interest it had
or may have in and to such easement.
