CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT BY
AMENDING SECTION 37-81.2(8); PROVIDING FOR -SEVER-
ABILITY AND PROVIDING FOR REPEAL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:

Chapter 37, Section 37-81.2 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Beaumont is hereby amended by adding a new subsection
37-81.2(g) to read as follows:

37-81.2(g)_.- The property described in this section shall
not be available for the uses herein described in.the
month of April each year.
Section 2.
That if any section, subsection, sentence,.clause orphrase of
this ordinance, or the application of same to a particular set of
persons or.circimtistances, should for any -reason be held;to be invalid,
such invalidity shall in no wise affect the remaining portions of this
ordinance, and to such end the various portions and provisions of this
ordinance are declared to be severable.
Section 3.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
