ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
0-76-16, BY AMENDING THE SPECIFIC USE PERMIT
FOR CLUSTER HOUSING DEVELOPMENT WHICH WAS THE
SUBJECT OF SAID ORDINANCE, PROVIDING FOR AN
INCREASE OF UNITS. AND A REDUCTION OF CERTAIN
LOT SIZES OF SAID PERMIT; AND PROVIDING THAT
SAID SPECIFIC USE PERMIT, EXCEPT AS HEREIN A-
MENDED, SHALL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
WHEREAS, on February 10, 1976, Ordinance No. 0-76-16 was duly
passed by the City Council of The City of Beaumont, providing for
the issuance of a specific use permit for cluster housing develop-
ment for Beaumont West, Section One, as described in said ordinance;
and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended
an amendment to said specific use permit for and in accordance with
that certain amended preliminary plat of Beaumont West, Section One,
dated April, 1976, which plat is attached hereto as Exhibit A and
made a part hereof_ for all purposes; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
Section 1.
THAT that specific use permit for cluster housing development
issued in accordance with Section 42-20-1 and Section 42-20.4, as
amended, granted to Beaumont West, Inc., for that certain 13.263
acre tract of land described in Ordinance No. 0-76-11, dated February
10, 1976, be amended in accordance with Exhibit A of this ordinance,
which provides .for an increase in the number of units in said cluster
housing development from the original seventy-seven (77) units to
ninety-three (93) units, and provides for 'a reduction in the width of
fifty-four (54) lots from thirty-five (35) to twenty-five (25) feet,
all as more particularly described and shown on said Exhibit A.

THAT Ordinance No. Q-76-16 and the specific.use permit thereby
granted, except as hereby amended, shall remain in full force and
effect.
