ORDINANCE NO. 7�, - L, I
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT TO TRANSFER $3,000..00 FROM
ACCOUNT NO. 79-420 TO ACCOUNT NO. 79-419; AND
AUTHORIZING THE EMERGENCY RENTAL OF A BULLDOZER
TO BE USED IN THE SANITARY LANDFILL.
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended that the budget of the
City of Beaumont be amended to transfer $3,000.00 from Account No.
79-420, the Contingency Account of the City of Beaumont to Account No.
79-419 to be used for rental of a bulldozer in the Solid Waste Department;
and,
WHEREAS, such expenditure is necessary as this is a case of es-
tablished emergency and is an unforeseen item of expenditure; and,
WHEREAS, the City Manager has also requested emergency permission
to rent said bulldozer;

CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City official be, and he is hereby, authorized to
amend the budget of the City of Beaumont by transferring the sum of
$3,000.00 from Account No. 79-420, the Contingency Account to Account No.
79-419 to be used for the rental of a bulldozer to be used in the Solid
Waste Department,.and the appropriate City official is hereby authorized
to rent said bulldozer.
