ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE.AMENDING ORDINANCE
75-75 INCREASING THE AREA CONTAINED. IN THE
"CITY OF BEAUMONT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT".
WHEREAS, by Ordinance 68-56,. the City of Beaumont
created.the "City of Beaumont Industrial District"; and.,
WHEREAS, by Ordinance 75-75, the City of Beaumont
amended the boundaries of said "City of Beaumont.Industrial
District"; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Beaumont deems
it to be in the best interest of the City of Beaumont to add
additional property to the area included within the said
"City of Beaumont Industrial District";
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
1. That the area described in Exhibit "A", attached
hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby added to the area
within the "City of Beaumont Industrial District".
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this

TRACT N0. I - WEST DISTRICT r
BEGINNING at the southwest corner of the LNVA canal right-of-way located
in the west line of the A. Savery League and at the north line of the
Southern Pacific Railroad main line right-of-way.
THENCE easterly along the north line of the Southern Pacific Railroad a
distance of 2762 feet to a fence line.
THENCE northerly along a fence line to the south right-of-way line of the
Missouri Pacific Railroad.
THENCE westerly along the south right-of-way line of the Missouri Pacific
Railroad to the northwest corner of the LNVA canal right-of-way.
THENCE southerly along the west line of the LNVA canal right-of-way to
the place of beginning.
