ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING AN
EIGHT FOOT (8') GENERAL UTILITY EASEMENT IN THE
DOWLEN WEST UNIT XII, IN BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON
COUNTY, TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED HEREIN.
THAT that certain eight foot (8') general utility easement described as
follows:
BEING an eight foot (8') general utility ease-
ment over the west eight'feet (8') of Lot 6,
Block 22, Dowlen West Unit XII, in the City of
Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas;
be.and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned, and that title to such
property shall revert to and become the property of the persons entitled
thereto, as provided by law.
