ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT ADOPTED SEPTEMBER
23, 1975, FOR THE FISCAL PERIOD BEGINNING
OCTOBER 1, 1975 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30,
1975, BY TRANSFERRING $13,562.00 FROM OT-
HER CHARGES ACCOUNT NO. 79 -420 -CONTINGENCY
TO FLEET MAINTENANCE FUND ACCOUNT NO. 98-
503.
WHEREAS, the City Manager of the City of Beaumont has recom-
mended the transfer of $13,562.00 from the Other Charges Account No.
79-420-Contingencyof the 'City of Beaumont to cover items of expendi-
ture which creates a case of public emergency; and,.
WHEREAS, the City Council finds the necessity for the transfer
from the contingency account constitutes a condition which creates a
case of established emergency and that the recommendation of the City
Manager should be approved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
Section 1.
That the budget of the City of Beaumont, adopted on September
23, 1975, for the fiscal period beginning October 1, 1975, and ending
September 30, 1976, be and the same is hereby, amended by transferring
$13,562.00 from Other Charges Account No. 79 -420 -Contingency to Fleet
Maintenance Fund Account No. 98-503.
