ORDINANCE NO.
ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT FOR THE FISCAL PERIOD BE-
GINNING OCTOBER 1, 1975 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER
30, 1976, BY TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $50,000
FROM OTHER CHARGES (79-415) TO THE NEW COMMUNITY
FACILITIES DEPARTMENT ACCOUNT NO. 67.
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended the transfer of
$50,000 from Other Charges (79-415) to Account No. 67 to be used
in the Community Facilities Department; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council finds the need for this transfer
constitutes an unforseen condition and creates a case of grave pub-
lic necessity and that the recommendation of the City Manager should
be approved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED
BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the budget of the City of Beaumont, for the fiscal period begin-
ning October 1, 1975 and ending September 30, 1976, be, and the same
is hereby, amended, by transferring $50,000 from Other Charges (79-
415) to Account No. 67 to be used by the new Community Facilities
Department.
