ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE BUDGET OF
THE CITY OF BEAUMONT ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 24,
1974) FOR THE FISCAL PERIOD'BEGINNING OCTOBER
1, 1974, AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1975, BY
TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF $300,000 FROM UNAPPRO-
PRIATED RESERVES TO ACCOUNT NO. 79-509.
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended the transfer of
$300,000 of unappropriated reserves to Account No. 79-509 to pay the
City's matching portion for the purchase of twenty-five (25) buses for
the Beaumont Transit System;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
1.
That the budget of the City of Beaumont, as adopted on September
24, 1974, for the fiscal period beginning October 1, 1974, and ending
September 30, 1975, be and the same is hereby, amended by transferring
$300,000 from unappropriated reserves to Account No. 79-509.
