BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY. COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ,BEAUMONT:
Section 1.
That Article 881 of the Revised .bode of Ordinances of the
City of Beaumont is• -hereby amended so,that it ' sha- 1- hereafter
read as follows
Article 881. It shall b;lso be unlawful under any cone -
sideration for. the owner -or keeper, 'ofany vicious 'dog. or bitch
or proud bitch to allow -it to run at'large in the streets, alleys"
highways and public places. „
It shall also. be unlawful for the. owner", o f any bull dog
or^bitch__to_=allow: it--to:_r-un- at-3:arge'=in--tli'e-streets, alloys-,.
highways and public places, unless •same is`,muzzled in such
a manner-as,to prevent it from biting anyone:
Section Q.,
This ordinance shall take effect and'be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval, by the' Mayor and
lawful publication:
