DESCRIBED HEREIN.
WHEREAS, 0. K. Baxley,on behalf'of Lamar University,
has requested,,that portion of Col.orado'Street lying between
Cheek Street and Cunningham Street be: vacated and abandoned,
and,.
WHEREAS, said request has been'referred'to the Planning
and Zoning Commission of The City of Beaumont for. examination.
and approval;, and the same has''been approved by said Commis-

and abandoned"and that, title to said portion of said 'vacated
