CITY OF BEAUMONT UNTIL THE, 28TH•DAY,�-OF. FEBRUARY,
1975;..PROVIDING FOR.SEVERABILITY;' AND PROVIDING
FOR REPEAL..
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
Section '1.. .
That all emergency _auto wrecker permits issued under the
authority of Chapter '41A of•. the Code of . Ordinances "of the City of
Beaumont which are validly in force, on'December 31, i974,.shall be
and are hereby, extended to .r-emain'.in force and effect until the. 1st
day of March, 1975,
Section. 2..
That if .any section; -subsection; sentence,; clause or phrase,
of this -ordinance or the application of same to a particular -se . t of
persons or circumstances should,'for:any reason be held to be invalid,
such invalidity shall-in.no wise affect the remaining portions of
this ordinance, and to such end the, provisions of this ordinance.are
declared ,to.be.:se.ve'rable..
Section .3..
That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with- are hereby repealed.`
