ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABAN-
DONING THE NORTHERLY FIVE (5) FEET OF AN
EXISTING TEN (10) FOOT STORM SEWER EASE-
MENT OUT OF LOT 10, BLOCK 16, DOWLEN WEST
ADDITION, UNIT VIII IN THE CITY OF BEAUMONT,
JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED HEREIN.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
OF BEAUMONT: !
THAT that portion of a certain storm sewer easement described
as follows:
BEING a portion of a certain storm sewer
easement lying along, and five (5) feet
on either side of, the common lot line
of Lots 9 and 10, Block 16 of the Dowlen
West Addition, Unit VIII, according to the
map or plat of said Addition filed in the
Office of the County Clerk of Jefferson
County, Texas, said portion being more
particularly described as follows:
The northerly five (5) feet of said storm
sewer easement lying wholly within the said
Lot 10 of said Block and said Addition, ex-
tending the full length of the common lot
line of Lots 9 and 10 as aforesaid;
be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned, and that title
to such property shall revert to and become the property of the
persons entitled thereto, as provided by law, and that the City
of Beaumont hereby relinquishes any and all rights, title and
interest it had or may.have in and to such easement.
