Entitled an Ordinance amending Chapter 20, Sect- ion 55, 55, Article 209, of the revised ordinances of the City of Beaumont, -relating to the collection of occupation taxes on circuses so that it shell hereafter read as follows: BF I" CRDAIITFD BY THE CITY COUXCII, OH THFC CITY Or, BRAMIONT : Sec. 1 From every circusvherein equestrian or acrobatic feats and performances are exhibited, for which pay for admission is demanded or received for each performance or exhibition and performance where an admission fee shall be charged of not more than X1.00, X25.00; provided, that t '-e . amount of fee charged for reserved seats shall be, considered as a pert of si.ch admission fee; provided further, that every show or circus shall advertise itself as a circus or menagerie or circus and menagerie or a comb'iriation circus and menagerie shall be construed to be a circus or menagerie or circus and menagerie •rhe ther it shall be such or 'not.
