ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING
A TEN (101) FOOT ALLEY LOCATED IN BLOCK 41 OF
THE ORIGINAL BEAUMONT TOWNSITE ADDITION IN
BEAUMONT, JEFFERSON COUNTY, TEXAS, AS DESCRIBED
HEREIN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That that certain ten (101) foot alley described as follows:
A CERTAIN ten (101) foot alley in Block 41 of
the Original Townsite of Beaumont, said alley
lying parallel to Orleans and Pearl Streets,
and extending from Fannin Street on the south
to Bowie Street on the north in The City of
Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas;

be, and the same is hereby, vacated and abandoned, and that title
to such property shall revert to and become the property of the
persons entitled thereto, as provided by law; and the City of Beau-
mont hereby relinquishes any and all rights, title and interest it
had or may have in and to such alley.
