BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAMIONT
THAT SECTION ONE OF THE FOREGOING ORDINANCE SHALT, HEREAFTER READ AS
FOLLOWS, TO WIT:-

That whol esale house s for the- purpose of di spensing spirituous ,
vinous, malt or, intoxicating liquors may be. conducted in the City
of 3�eatunont, within the following territory or portions of the
City___Qf-Beatunont9, to wit: -
Beginning on the west side of Main 5treet, on Cedar Street, in..
the City of Beaumont, Jefferson County,, Texas; thence south on the
west side of Main Street to the South side of Washington Street;
thence west on the south side of Washington Street to the west side"
of Trinity Street; thence south on .the west side of Tr inity Street to
Milan Street:., the same being the southeast corner of Block Number
Seventy One (71) of the old town of Beaumont] thence following thoe�,

That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict with
the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealedo

This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage and signature of the Mayor.

Your committee to whom was referred the ordinance
amending the ordinance providi- ng and describing the bounds
and limits of the portion of the City of Beaumont in which whole-
sale houses may be used for dispencing SPIRITUOUS VINOUS YLALT� or
INTOXICATING liquors have duly, considered said pro-oosed ammended
ordinance, as shown by the proposed ordinance hereto attached,
marked "Exhibit -All and made a part hereof, and recommend that the
said proposed ammended ordinance b(M duly addopted and passed by this

council under the stzsp.en&ff rule providing that ordinances shall
be read at three regular meetings of the City Council.
