GEN T L E'11 E N: - Your Committee to whom was referred the proposed Ordinance entitled "An Ordinance" to amend Article 523, Chater 45 of the Ordinance of the City of Beaumont proposing to amend Article 523 relative to the .stock limits,, beg to report that it has .duly considered.said'proposed Ordinance and find that-" • rs, it, intended to cure certain technical defects, in the Ordinance passed by this Council on to -=Nit, the ),5 -day of December, 1908 making the City Limits the stock limits," and find that said proposed Ordinance .hereto attached, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part, hereof does not cure the defects, and in 'lieu of said ?proposed Ordinance, your Committee recommends that the attached. Ordinance marked' Exhibit, "B" and made a part hereof be' and the same, is -hereby 'substituted for Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof, which'said proposed Ordinance hereto substituted and marked Exhibit` "B" -yotir Committee recommends be. duly passed' and adopted by this Council, amending said Article 523 and prescribing the. City" Limits as the, stock limits for the City of Be amont.
