BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of a camera inspection system for
use by the Streets and Drainage Division from Kinloch Equipment & Supply, of
Pasadena, Texas, in the amount of $76,502.00 through the Buyboard Cooperative
Purchasing Program.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 5th day of
March, 2019.
