WHEREAS, Kyle Hayes and Todd Simoneaux are currently authorized as
signatories on City of Beaumont accounts with Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.; and,
WHEREAS, Nada Rogers and Chance Chapman are currently authorized to
request electronic funds (wires) or ACH transfers of any and all City funds on deposit
with Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.; and,
WHEREAS, Nada Rogers and Chance Chapman are to be deleted as authorized
to request electronic funds (wires) and ACH transfers of any and all City funds on
deposit with Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. and Christine Orchid and Melissa McDaniel are
being granted authority to request electronic funds (wires) and ACH transfers of any and
all City funds on deposit with Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.; and,
WHEREAS, Kyle Hayes, Todd Simoneaux and Kristin Ferguson are currently
authorized to approve electronic funds (wires) and ACH transfers of any and all City
funds on deposit with Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the statements and findings set out in the preamble to this resolution are hereby,
in all things, approved and adopted; and,
THAT Nada Rogers and Chance Chapman are to be deleted as authorized to
request electronic funds (wires) and ACH transfers of any and all City funds on deposit
with Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. and Christine Orchid and Melissa McDaniel are being 11
granted authority to request electronic funds (wires) and ACH transfers of any and all
City funds on deposit with Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.; and,

BE IT ALSO RESOLVED THAT this Resolution shall be effective from and after
the date of its passage.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 5th day of
March, 2019.
