GENERAL BUSINESS
1. Consider amending Ordinance 19-005 to add and approve designating polling
places, appointing election officials and appointments to the newly formed
Signature Verification Committee for the May 4, 2019, City of Beaumont General
Joint Election with the Beaumont Independent School District and the Port of
Beaumont
2. Consider authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with PM
Construction & Rehab, LLC, dba IPR South Central, of Pasadena, Texas for a
Pipe Bursting Contract
3. Consider authorizing the City Manager to execute a contract with BCAC
Underground, LLC, of Rosharon, Texas for the Long Street Lift Station Wet Well
and Influent/Effluent Sewer Line Cleaning and Televising Contract
4. Consider approving the purchase of a camera inspection system from Kinloch
Equipment & Supply for use by the Streets and Drainage Division

CONSENT AGENDA
Approval of minutes — February 26, 2019
Confirmation of board and commission member appointments
A) Authorize the City Manager to accept maintenance and authorize a final payment to Jack
Built, of Orange for the Painting of the Tyrrell Historical Library Ceiling
B) Authorize the City Manager to execute a Joint Election Agreement between Jefferson
County and the City of Beaumont for the General Election being held jointly with the Port
of Beaumont and Beaumont Independent School District for the May 4, 2019 General
Election
C) Approve a resolution granting authority to certain employees to approve and initiate
electronic funds (wires) or ACH transfers of any and all City funds on deposit at Wells
Fargo Bank, NA
D) Approve amending a resolution authorizing the granting of four Utility Crossing
Agreements with ExxonMobil Oil Corporation
