ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE RECEIVING AND ACCEPTING
THE.WORK OF IMPROVING REDWOOD DRIVE FROM THE
CENTERLINE 6F BLOCK SEVEN (7) TO -THE CENTERLINE
OF BLOCK FIVE (5) OF MINGLEWOOD, MINGLEWOOD
DRIVE FROM.THE.CENTERLINE OF BLOCK SEVEN (7)TO
THE CENTERLINE OF BLOCK FIVE 15) OF MINGLEWOOD,
AND MAPLEWOOD LANE -FROM REDWOOD_DRIVE TO -MINGLE -
WOOD DRIVE, IN THE CITY OF_BEAUMONT, TEXAS. .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:

THAT the work of improving the following described streets in The
City of Beaumont, Texas, to wit:
Redwood Drive from the centerline of Block 7 to
the centerline of Block 5 of Minglewood with
five inches (5") of reinforced concrete paving
with integral curb; Minglewood Drive from the
centerline of Block 7 to the centerline of Block
5 of Minglewood with six inches (6n) of reinforced
concrete paving with integral curb;. Maplewood
Lane from Redwood Drive to Minglewood Drive with
five inches (5T°) of reinforced concrete paving
with integral curb,
has been completed by Combest, Inc., Contractors, and the City En-
gineer of The City of Beaumont, having examined said work and

found that it has been completed in a proper and highly satisfactory
manner and in full accordance with the minimum standard requirements
of The City of Beaumont for the type of construction made thereon,
and the said City Engineer having approved and recommended the ac-
ceptance of such work by the City Council of The City of Beaumont
and the assumption by The City of Beaumont of the obligation of
maintenance of said streets within the limits designated, according
to the standards prescribed for maintenance of other dedicated
streets in The City of Beaumont, and said work and improvements hav-
ing been examined and found by the Mayor and the City Council of
The City of Beaumont to have been performed and completed in full
compliance with the minimum standard requirements of The City of
Beaumont for such construction, said improvements are hereby accepted
, and received by said City Council of The City of Beaumont, and the
City Council, acting for The City of Beaumont, hereby assumes the
obligation of maintaining said streets within the limits designated
according to the standards prescribed for maintenance of other
dedicated streets in The City of Beaumont.

Kindly prepare resolution accepting Redwood Drive from the
center line of Block 7 to the center line of Block 5 of Minglewood
with five inches (5") ofr.einf.orced concrete paving with integral
curb; Minglewood Drive from the center line of Block 7 to the
center line of Block 5 of Minglewood with six inches (611) of re-
inforced concrete -paving with integral curb; Maplewood Lane from
Redwood Drive to Minglewood Drive with five inches (511) of re-
inforced concrete paving with integral curb. This work has been
done by Combest Inc. Contractors.

paving with integral curb; Maplewood Lane from Redwood Drive to
Minglewood Drive with five inches (9) of reinforced concrete
paving with integral curb.
This work .has been completed in a satisfactory manner and
