THAT The City of Beaumont, 'a municipal corporation of
Jefferson County, Texas, acting herein by and through its Mayor
and City Clerk, hereunto duly.authorised, for and in consideration
of the sum of Ten (810.00) Dollars -and other good and valuable
consideration -to it in hand paid by Beaumont Independent School
District, a quasi -municipal -corporation of Jefferson County, Texas,
duly organized and existing under -and by .virtue of the laws of the
State.of Texas, receipt of which ix -,hereby acknowledged and con-.
fussed, has GRANTED, SOLD and CONVEYED, and by these presents does
GRANT, SELL and CONVEY, unto the said'.Beaumont'Independent School
-District, a quasi -municipal corporation of Jefferson County, Texas,
all that certain tract or parcel of land, lying and being situated
in The City of-Beaumorit,,'Jefferson County, Texas, and more particu-
larly described as follows, to -wit
Lots One (1),,,Two (2) and Three (3) in Block One
(1); Lots One (1), Two '(2), Three (3), Four (4),
Five (5) and six (E).in Block Two (2); and the -
west thirty-nine.(39) feet of Lot One (1) in Block
Three (3), all in -the Jarrett Second -Addition to
the City of Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas, as
the same appear on the map or plat of said Addition
on file in the office of the County Clerk of Jef-
ferson County, Texas..
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises,'tcgether
with all and singular the rights and appurtenances thereto in any-
