BUILDING LINES ON THE PROPOSED LOCATION OF LOOP.
251 FROM -U. S. HIGHWAY 124 SOUTHEASTERLY TO ITS,.'
INTERSECTION, WITH U. •S. HIGHWAYS, -69, 96 AND 287;
APPROVING LOCATIONTHEREFOR; ESTABLISHING BUILD-
ING LINES ALONG"THE OUTER BOUNDARIES OF SUCH
RIGHT-OF-WAY LOCATION, AND DIRECTING THAT BUILD-
ING PERMITS BE NOT ISSUED FOR ANY WORM BETWEEN.
SUCH BUILDING LINES.
BE IT'ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS

The. City Council -hereby: determines that .the public.neces-
sity and convenience -require the opening of -a route which is com-
monly known as ."Loop. 251",' permitting. the same to-,.cross"'the'.0-ity,
from U- S. Highway 124 to U. S. Highways 6.9 96 and 287
of Beaumont, .
.and to_a .point ,300..feet east of it's inter,section.with` said Highways
69 96 and 287-w.
_Section 2:
The City Council -hereby approves of the proposed location
of said .Loop. 251 as made .by""the; Stat6, H ghway. Department',' and. as.
reflected and shown on "the map prepared.-by.the_said Highway Depart-
ment and -on file with the City Clerk . of The -City _of Beaumont.:-.
Section 3.
The red lines--on-said map; -marking the outer margins or
bounda:r.ies- of the . right of _ways for suchproposed opening of . said
Highway;ar6- here and. now' .established as, bu-ilding lines within and
between -which no structure'shall�be,permitted to'•be 'built', ; and no
existing structure shall be permitted' to' be repaired if the cost of
the repairs is in excess .of 151. of the' value of the structure be-.
fore .the repairs are made:

The Building Inspector is -hereby directed.to refuse any
building permit for-th'e erection of any new structures within and
