OF THE. CITY OF . BEAUMONT A DEED OF CORRECTION CON-
VEYING TO W. D CARRAWAY AND.WIFE, FAY.CARRAWAY,
A PORTION OF _LOT FOUR (4) IN BLOCK FOUR (4) OF THE
NORTH ADDITION.TO THE`CITY.OF BEAUMONT,.JEFFERSON
COUNTY, TEXAS
WHEREAS,�'by deed -dated April. 5;'1949, of record in Vol-.
ume 732, Page 551, Deed Records of Jefferson County, Texas, The
City of Beaumont conveyed to W. D. Carraway and wife,. Fay Carra-
way, aportion of Lot. Four..{ 4) "in Block Four (4) of the North
Addition to the City'of Beaumont,.Jefferson County., Texas, by
metes.and bounds description, and said prope,rty,.through error,
in a portion of the description was.described by reference to
the "west" corner between Lots Four (4) and -Five (5) of North
Addition,' and the- "West" line -of Lot Four (4) in said.Block, and"
should 'have been referred to as the "east" corner .of said Lots -
Four, (4) and 'Five (5), Block Four (4 )11 and "east" line of Lot Four
(4), in said Block' of :the North Addition' to the City �of Beaumont,
Jefferson Countyl Texas, as shown. in the description below, and
the grantees in said deed are desirous of having said error in -de
-
scription.corrected;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT. ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAU-
MONT, TEXAS:
That Elmo R. Beard, Mayor, be, and'he is hereby, authorized to
execute and deliver for and on behalf,.of The City of Beaumont a
correction deed conveying to`the above-named grantees the herein-
after described property, and in all other respects confirming
said former deed and sale, said property being described as f61-
BEGINNING_at a point on the northeast corner of'Lot
Four (4 ) in Block Four (4,), of the North Addition -.to
The City of Beaumont-, being the,common.east corner

THENCE Westerly along the common line between Lots
