WHEREAS.,. a pe*t.ition. signed..by,-al1 of. theproperty owners
of Blobk Four `(4 )... of; the Morningside Addition, "and of Block Two .
(2) of the Russ Addition to' the -City df Beaumont has ' been pre'
serit�ed ,to the City Council of the City of Beaumont, requesting
that ,the alley running east and .west in 'said blocks be -vacated"
and abandoned; and,
WHEREAS, said petition has 'been - referred- to ,the City Plan-
ning Commission for examination and approval, and -the same has
been 'approved by said' Commission; arid;':
WHEREAS, said.,.petition has been duly canvassed 'and exam-
"" inea,by. the City -Council -and has' -been found to have .been signed
'by: all of the property owners" in s,aid..'blocks, '.and it :appearing to
the �C-ity Council that ,the request of .said property owners should .
