portion of theabandoned S. & E. T. Railroad Company
right of way between the south line of U. S. Highway
90 Freeway right of way and the west line of Seventh
Street, described as follows:
Beginning at a Texas Highway Department concrete monu-
ment which marks the intersection of the southerly
right-of-way line of the U. S. Highway 90 Freeway and
the easterly right-of-way line of the abandoned S. & E.
T. Railroad Company in the City of Beaumont, Texas;
Thence along the southerly right-of-way line of said
Highway 90, S. 86049'30" W. a distance of 83.85 feet to
the point of intersection of the said highway right-of--
way line and the centerline of the abandoned railroad
right of way;
Thence in a southeasterly direction along the centerline
of the said abandoned railroad right of way along the
arc of a curve a distance of 374.02 feet to a point for
corner, said curve having the following functions for
this course: central angle 4011'20", radius 5115.84 feet;
Thence S. 00°07'00" E. parallel to and 132.08 feet
measured at right angles from the westerly line of
Seventh Street, a distance of 57.61 feet to a point for
corner in the northerly., line of Louisiana Street, said
point also being the point of intersection of the west-
erly right-of-way line of the said abandoned railroad
and the northerly line of Louisiana Street;

and the City Clerk is hereby authorized to attest to said instru-
ment and to affix the seal of The City of Beaumont thereto.
