ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING
-A TEN (10) FEET.WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT LOCATED
ALONG THE -COMMON LOT LINE OF LOTS NINE (9)
AND TEN (10), BLOCK TWO (2), BROADWAY PLACE
ADDITION TO.THE.CITY OF BEAUMONT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That the south 114.26 feet.of the ten (10) feet
wide utility easement which is located along the common lot
line of Lots Nine (9) and Ten'(10), Block Two (2), Broadway
Place Addition to The City of Beaumont, Jefferson County,
Texas, be-and'the same is hereby vacated and abandoned, and
that the title to. such property shall revert to and become
the property of the persons entitled thereto, as provided by
law. The City of Beaumont hereby relinquishes any and all
right, title and interest which it had or, might have had in
and to such utility easement, and reference is here made to
the record or plat of Broadway Place Addition on file in the
Map Records of Jefferson County, Texas, for a more complete
description of said utility easement.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL this 28th -day of September,
A..D. 1954.
