ENTITLED AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND ABANDONING
A. -TWENTY (20) FOOT DRAINAGE.EASEMENT LYING
BETWEEN LOT 25 -IN BLOCK 2 AND'BLOCK 3 -OF THE
SOUTH PARK.THIRD ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
BEAUMONT..
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF- BEAUMONT, TEXAS
That the twenty (20) -foot -drainage easement lying between
Lot 25 in Block 2 and Block 3 of the South Park Third
Addition to the City of -Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas,
be and the same is hereby vacated and abandoned and -that -
the title to such property shall revert to and become the
property of the persons entitled thereto as. provided by
law.
The City hereby relinquishes any and all- right,
title and interest which it had or might have had in and to
such drainage easement and reference is here.made to the
record of the -Plat of South Park.Third Addition in Vol.'8
Page 1 6 et.seq Map Records of Jefferson County,.Texas'.
for -complete description of said drainage easement.
