HAWTHORN PLACE ADDITION, SAID IMPROVEMENTS CONSISTING OF THE PAVING OF BEAUMONT DRIVE FROM THE NORTHEAST SLAB OF THE OLD VOTH ROAD.NORTHEASTWARD TO A POINT ONE HUNDRED THIRTY (130).FEET NORTHEASTWARD FROM THE CENTERLINE OF LANDRY LANE, LANDRY LANE FROM A POINT ONE HUNDRED FORTY (140) FEET.NORTHWESTWARD FROM THE CENTERLINE OF BEAUMONT DRIVE SOUTHEASTWARD AND EASTWARD TO SPENCER DRIVE, AND SPENCER DRIVE FROM A POINT ONE HUNDRED.FORTY-FIVE (145) FEET SOUTH OF THE CENTERLINE OF LANDRY LANE NORTHWARD TO A POINT. ONE HUNDRED TWENTY (120) FEET NORTH - OF THE CENTERLINE OF LANDRY LANE; TOGETHER WITH STORM SEWERS AND APPURTENANCES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS: THAT the work of improving the following described streets in The City of Beaumont, Texas, to -wit: Beaumont Drive from the northeast slab of the old Voth Road northeastward to a point 130 feet northeastward from the centerline of Landry Lane with six (6) inches Reinforced Portland Cement Concrete with integral curb; Landry Lane from a point 140 feet northwestward and eastward to Spencer Drive with five (5) inches Reinforced Portland Cement Concrete with.integral curb; Spencer Drive from a point 145 feet South of the cen- terline of Landry Lane northward to a point 120 feet North of the centerline of Landry Lane with five (5) inches Reinforced Portland Cement Concrete with in, tegral n- tegral curb; together with the storm sewer and appurtenances, which constitutes the on-site street and storm sewer improvements for Unit I of Hawthorn Place Addition, has been completed by the developers of Unit I, Hawthorn Place Addition and the City Engineer of The City of Beaumont, having examined said work and found that it has been completed in the proper manner and in full accordance with the minimum standard requirements of The City of Beaumont for the type of construc- tion made thereon, and the said City Engineer having approved and recommended the acceptance of such onsite street and storm sewer improvements by the City Council of The City of Beaumont and the assumption by The City of Beaumont of the obligation of maintenance of said streets within the limits designated, according to the standards prescribed for maintenance of other dedicated streets in The City of Beaumont, and said work and improvements having been examined and found by the Mayor and the City Council of The City of Beaumont to have been performed and completed in full compliance with the minimum standard requirements of The City of Beaumont for such construction, said improvements are hereby accepted and received by said City Council of The City of Beaumont, and the City Council, acting for The City of Beaumont, hereby assumes the obligation of maintaining said streets within the limits designated according to the standards prescribed for maintenance of other dedicated streets in The City of Beaumont.
