Dear Sir: -
Our Company owns Blocks 66 and 67 of the Van
Wormer Addition, and we are the only owners interested in
the alley platted between these -Blocks. This alley has
never been . opened, and-, as - a matter_ _o f_ fact., we already
have -buildings built over same. Due to the location of
our plant and the. Railroad tracks, both in front and to
,the rear of us, there can never be -any need for the alley;
and in line with the policy of the City, would appreciate
if you would have proper Ordinance drawn, along with the
formal petition, so that as far as the records are concerned. -
,this alley- will be closed forever, and have it ready for an
early Meeting of the Commission, when we ' can present the,
matter to it.
