Authorizing the vacating end closing of the alley
located between Lots Kos. 11, 12, 13, 14; 15, and 16,
in Block No. 13; joachimi Addition to the City of
j�emmont, from its beginning on the right-of-way of .the
Sabine and East T=exas Railway company to a point opposite
the east boundary line in Lot No. 11;
1MREA.S, a petition duly signed by A.E. Shepherd ant
L.L. Rutt, owners of all the property on each side of the
ten -foot alley in -Block No. 13, of the doachimi Addition
to the Uity of 14eaumont, has been presented to the City
Commission of the City of bseaumont requesting that such
alley be closed and vacated;
NOW 9 THEREFORE, BE 1't' ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMISSION OF -THE CITY 01' BEAIJMOBT:
