Authorizing the vacating and closing of the alley
located .in Block numbered 1'hirt�—nine (39), of the
Calder addition to the City of eaunont.
WHEREAS, a petition duly signed by John N: Gilbert,
Hal Iff. Greer, and wife, Sarah G. Greer, Magnolia -Petroleum
Company, by E.E. Plumly, and Sybil Hebert Hoopes, acting
herein by T.V. Smelker, Guardian, the owners of all the
property in Block numbered Thirty—nine, of the balder
Addition has been presented to the City Commission of the
City of • bear�aont requesting that such alley be -closed and
vacated;-
NOW9 THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BEATMONT;
That the alley located in Block numbered 1hirty—
nine of the Oalder addition to the City of Beaumont be
and the same is hereby authorized to be vacated and
closed, and that the title to such alley shall revert
to and become the property of the respective owners of
the land in said Block bordering on said alley, as
provided by law.
