Authorizing the -vacating and closing of the alley
located in Block Number Seven (7), Parkdale Addition to the
City of Beaumont.
WHEREAS, all of'the lots and land in Block Number
Seven, Parkdale `addition to the -City of Beaumont is owned
by W.D: Gordon, G. Lowndes, Mrs, E.G. Daniels, J.A. Daniel --
and Dr. Edwaxd Ferguson; and
WHEREAS, such owners have petitioned the City Commission
to have the alley located in said Block Number seven vacated
and closed;
NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
CO181ISSION OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the alley located in Block Number Seven; Parkdale
Addition to the City of Beaumont.be and the same is hereby
authorize'd and ordered to be vacated and closed, and that
the title to such alley shall become the property of the
owners of the land in said block.
