BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Cynthia Hernandez is appointed to the Convention and Tourism Advisory Board
to fill the unexpired term of Devang Chande. The term will commence January 8, 2019
and expire September 30, 2019.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 8th day of
January, 2019.
