BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council hereby approves the purchase of a replacement cooling tower at
the Jefferson Theater facility located at 345 Fannin Street from Air Comfort, Inc., of
Beaumont, Texas, in the amount of $113,327.00. Pricing was obtained from Air
Comfort, Inc. pursuant to the current Maintenance Contract between Air Comfort, Inc.
and the City of Beaumont.
The meeting at which this resolution was approved was in all things conducted in
strict compliance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code, Chapter
551.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 11th day of
December, 2018.
