To the T. & N.O. By. Col. to make certain changes
in the location of Hickory Street, Main Street and
T.S.Reed Grocery Company's tracks at the intersection of
Main and Bowie Streets in the City of Beaumont.
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont and the Texas &
New Orleans By. Co.,' are desirous of changing the location
of Hickory Street, Main Street and T. S. Reed Grocery
Company's tracks, at the intersection of -Main and Bowie
Streets in the City of Beaumont, from the present location
as 'shown by the yellow. lines on the map or blue print
hereto attached to the location shown on said Map or
blue Drint, marked in red lines.
NOW. THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council
that the T. & N. 0. By. Go -,'be and they are hereby

Street, Main Street and the T. -S. Reed Grocery Company's
tracks at the intersection of Main and Bowie Streets
in the City' -of Beaumont, as present located and shown
on the map or blue print hereto attached by.yellow lines
to the following hereinafter described locations which -
are marked on said map or blue print in red lines, and
more particularly described as follows:
The center line. of Hickory Street track will inter-
sect the north line of Bowie Street 65 feet west of west line
of Main Street; the south line of Bowie Street 4 feet west of
west line of LIain Street, and the east line of Main Street at
the present location of the track approximately 26 feet from
the nor-th_.:l-ine-af—Hicko-ry-Str-e-et -- - ----
Main Street track will diverge from Hickory Street
track. The Point of switch will be located in Hickory Street
track near the intersection of North line of Bowie Street. The
center line of said Main Street track will then intersect the
south line of Bowie Street 13 feet west of west line of ruin
Street; the west line of Ma -in Street 22 feet south of south line
Bowie Street: The center line of Ida in Street 146 feet south of -
south line of . Bowie Street; - thence south with ' center line of
Main Street.

The Reed Grocery Company track will diverge from
Hickory Street track at a point north of north line of Bowie
Street, ' The Center line of said Reed track will intersect the
north line of Bowie Street 75 feet west of west line of Main
Street; the south line of Bowie Street 24 feet west of west
line Dain Street.
The T. & N. 0. Ry. Go., is hereby granted all
rights over. t he new proposed routes that they had over
the former routes under their franchise and said compari
In consideration hereof hereby waives all its rights and
priveleges ofeevery hatdre whatsoever held or claimed
by it to its former'. located franchise and tracks.
Adopted by the City Council this the 5th day of
