Section 1.
:That the, "Zoning" Ordinance" enacfed by .the City Council . of
The City of Beaumont on."^the 7th .day of June,.. 1955, be, grid the same
is- hereby,- -amended .insofar `as the .property herena'fte.r described, 'and
sha11.herea'ft6r be zoned and have an area classification as herein-
after set forth; and shall -be subject to the provisions of said ordi-
nance' generally, and the: zoning map >be, anal it is ?hereby' .'amended and
'corrected so that..the proper-Ly hereinafter described shall be zoned .

Section 3. .
That the:terms and provisions'of the ordinance shall be deemed
to be severable,. and that. -if the .validity of the zoning affecting
any portion of the property described hereinabove shall be declared
to be invalid, .the same shall not affect the 'validity of the zoning
of the. balance..of, the property described.herein.
