WHEREAS, .an .application was f-iled -by L. G. Chambers with -I the
-;Planning and Zoning Commission for the vacating and abandoning of
certain utility easements located.between.Lots 2 and 31 Block 11 be
tween Lots.1 and 2, Block. 2, and between Lots 7 amd .8, Block 2 of
Maplewood -Addition, Unit I, to The City' of Beaumont, Jefferson County,
Texas; and,
WHEREAS, consideration was given the abandonment of these
easements by the Planning'and Zoning Commission and approved by said.
Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE jT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT,
...TEXAS:
That the utility,easements between Lots 2 -and 31 Block 11 between
,Lots 1 and 21' Block 2, and between Lots 7 and,8, Block 2 of'Maplewood'
Addition 'Unit I, to The City of Beaumont, Jefferson Count'''`Texas,
be,' and the same 'are _ hereby, vacated .and abandoned, and that the title

sons entitled thereto,. as: providedby`law,'and The_City of Beaumont
hereby relinquishes any.and all.right, title and interest which it
had or.might have had in and to,such utility easements.
