WHEREAS, -'-all State, statutes, and ordinances, l,of The City of Beaumont pertaining to public.hearings and notices to property owners having -been - complied with, and"the City Planning and Zoning="C ommis- Sion of The City of Beaumont having :recommended' .to -the Ciiy.Council ` of The'City-of -Beaumont that•the -zoning classification of.the herein described property be changed from "C-1" to "R=1"; NOW, THEREFORE BE' IT ORDAINED -BY THE'CITY OF BEAUMONT TEXAS: Section 1. That the Zoning, Ordinance enacted by the City Council of The. Section -3. .That the terms and provisions of this ordinance shall. be deemed to `be severable and that if the validity of the --zoning affect - Ing any portion of the property described hereinabove shall -be de clared to be invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of the zoning of the balance of.the property described herein.
