AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING. ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF BEAUMONT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL ON JUNE 7
.1955 WHICH SAID ORDINANCE ADOPTED ZONING"REGULATiONS,
USE•6ISTRICTS,'AND ZONING MAP, IN ACCORDANCE WITH"A
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, BY CHANGING THE ZONING AND CLASSI-
FICATION OF THE FOLLOWING -PROPERTY, TO WIT THAT PORT -
TION OF PROPERTY ON WEST LUCAS FROM THE'SOUTH LINE.OF
LOT SIX(6), BLOCK THIRTEEN.(13),AND THE.SOUTH LINES'
OF LOTS EIGHT (8) AND NINE • (9) , - BLOCK. ONE "(1) , ALL "IN
CALDER HIGHLANDS` ADDITION NORTHWARD TO THE CENTERLINE
OF FOLSOM DRIVE THAT IS PRESENTLY CLASSIFIED -"R-2"`,
SHALL -BE CHANGED.FROM ITS PRESENT "R-2~, TWO FAMILY AND
MULTIPLE DWELLING ' DISTRICT' AREA" CLASSIFICATION, ' TO "'R-1+",
SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT AREA CLASSIFICATION.

of Beaumont,'in compliance with the Charter and State laws with

NOW, THEREFORE, BE .IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT,
TEXAS:
