BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF BEAUMONT, TEXAS:
That Section 109 of the.Traffic Ordinance of The City of.
Beaumont regulating traffic upon the public streets'of said.
city, passed by the'City.Council on the 22nd day of March,,
1955, _be-'.and'the same is' herebyamended. to read as. follows:
SECTION 109. ALL NIGHT PHRKING PROHIBITED.
No person shall park any truck, bus or other
commercial vehicle on any street -,between the.'
hours.- of 10:00 P.1,J. and 5:00 A.M.
